When the first look poster of ‘Students of the Year’ released by Karan Johar on twitter few weeks back, it ended the speculations over Shah Rukh Khan’s role in the movie.

Earlier in November, the news has come that SRK will be playing a cameo in Karan Johar’s unnamed movie that will launch Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter Aaliya Bhatt. However, the first look poster squeezed the air where ‘SRK’ wasn’t mentioned in the star-cast rather he was named in the production, where his company ‘Red Chilies’ co-producing the film with ‘Dharma Production’.

But the fresh reports suggest that ‘King Khan’ is playing an important role of a ‘Professor’ in the film ‘Student of the Year’ which also features three fresh faces Varun Dhawan, Siddharth Malhotra and Aaliya.

Karan is still working and sketching Shah Rukh’s role for the film and it will be ready only after his return from his month trip.  It has settled the dust over speculations on SRK’s absence in the film, now we can simply wait for Mr. Professor to deliver another ‘Mohabbatein’ lecture.
