The sequels are the preferred destination of many producers and directors in Bollywood, if the original has garnered unbelievable success. For some time the air was carrying the buzz of Race sequel which is now confirmed with the final star-cast of the film.  Abbas Mastan who have earlier said, “The casting has to be perfect, once the script is okayed. The expectations from RACE 2 are humungous and we plan to make it bigger and better than the first part.”

However, the long search for the apt stars for the film has been locked with Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor from the original but the makers of the film have signed John Abraham for the negative role, replacing Akshay Khanna.

While the leading ladies will be totally different from in Race2, Deepika Padukone and Dabangg ‘Rajjo’ Sonakshi Sinha have been confirmed for the film and very soon we will get to hear about the third lady who will play opposite Anil. Till then, keep looking at this space and Race!
