In Remembrance of Elizabeth Taylor

Often referred as ‘Liz Taylor’, the almond eyed beauty of ‘Hollywood’ Elizabeth Taylor died on Wednesday at age 79 of congestive heart failure.  ‘Cleopatra’ of her time, creamy skin, pouty lips, raven hair and an outlook that a woman envy and man dreams.

Taylor in her long career as a leading woman in Hollywood won two Academy Awards for Best Actress for her role in Butterfield 8 (1960) and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966).

However, being a serious actor she was also one serious romantic. Once she was asked why she married too often? She replied “I don’t know, honey. It sure beats the hell out of me.” She married eight times to seven men. Liz had a tumultuous love-life; with most of the marriages were nearly a death experience.
