It is the season of sequels and if things to be believed ‘Ishqiya2’ is on the cards and Arshad Warsi is quite excited about the film’s next installment. Although he has worked in few sequels and finds them risky but the rustic guy character which he played in ‘Ishqiya’, he finds it challenging.

“Finally, it is decided that the sequel of Ishqiya is being made. I’m quite happy about that. Ishqiya is way tougher than ‘Dhamaal’ or ‘Golmaal’ because that’s a character that speaks in a different dialect,” Arshad told IANS.

Ishqiya has bagged four National Awards, the film was released in 2010 also featured voluptuous Vidya Balan and Naseeruddin Shah in important roles. The film was directed by Abhishek Chaubey and was produced by Vishal Bhardawaj.

The film ‘Ishqiya2’ will go on the floors at the end of this year.
