Vinay Pathak Sings for Bheja Fry2

There are some actors who are known for their experiments and wide range of skills, Vinay Pathak is one of those actors in the film industry who may not be a Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan or any good looking romantic heroes. But, the off-beat actor has sometime made big league actors to put their heads down with his spell bounding acting.

However, the actor who is more known for off-beat acting is now making his debut as a singer in his upcoming ‘Bheja Fry2’, a sequel to one of the funniest movies that left everyone laughing in 2007 ‘Bheja Fry’.

Vinay has sung ‘Oh Rahi Rahi’ which is based on the 1960’s theme and very much kept B&W on the screen to give it that old façade.

The actor is a big fan of classical music, takes inspiration from old classic singers like Mohd. Rafi, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh.

A source close to Vinay told a leading daily, “Vinay was very kicked about the idea of singing in ‘Bheja Fry 2’ – his character Bharat Bhushan is a wannabe singer and hence the makers thought why not have a promotional song featuring and sung by Vinay.”

“Vinay is a big fan of old Hindi songs and would listen to classics from Mohammad Rafi, Mukeshji, and Kishore Kumar to prepare for his singing debut,” said the source.

It will be great to listen Vinay crooning, at least the character of Bharat Bhushan, a singer in ‘Bheja Fry’ has to come real!
