He is in Singapore for the treatment of kidney ailment. Rajinikanth is one of India’s highest paid actors, who you can say have a fan following which can die for the actor. He is actually Asia’s one of the most famous actors and when he landed for the treatment in Singapore; the South film industry has all the concerns.

It was reported that the actor has gone to Singapore for Kidney transplant but superstar’s son-in-law has rubbished the reports, Dhansu, the National Award Winning actor told media, “The superstar is fine. He will be out of hospital in a week or in 10 days. And, he will start shooting for Rana.”

Despite his ailment, the industry whose prime concern is his health is also talking about ‘Rana’, the movie in which Rajini is playing the lead role. The south Indian film trade is talking about how he has been paid 24 crores as the first installment of the film. A source within the industry told, “Rajini Sir is still India’s highest paid actor. Besides the reported 24 cr that he has already received, the family will also have a stake in the IPR because Rajini’s second daughter Soundarya is a partner in the project.”

We hope and wish Rajini gets well soon, as he is an actor of different mettle which makes him a superstar among the eyes of his millions of fans!

The top South Indian actress Trisha Krishnan has declined to act opposite Sunil in one of the upcoming Telugu film Napoleon. The makers of Napoleon when approached her for the lead female character, she rejected the offer citing reasons, only she knows.

The industry insider in the Telugu films says, it was expected as she is one of the most sought after Telugu actress.

Now the makers of the film have started searching for a new face and they are in talks with Deeksha Seth for the role of the leading lady in the film.
