Aamir Could be the Item Boy in Delhi Belly

He has a habit of doing unconventional things and that’s why he is often termed as Mr. Perfectionist in bollywood. Aamir Khan, in a tryst to make ‘Delhi Belly’ a big success on the box-office has said that he might do an item song for the film, if he could not get a better actor to perform on the song.

The actor has revealed that he is searching for a girl to groove on the item number in Delhi Belly but also insisted that he would do if they do not get a better contender anytime soon.

Delhi Belly which features Imran Khan, Kunal Roy Kapoor, Vir Das, Poorna Jagannath and Shenaz Treasurywala has already been declared an Adult film for its obscene language is slated to release on July 1.

We hope Aamir gets his feet right when he groove.

After the first look poster of the ‘Delhi Belly’ many would be wondering what has happened to Imran Khan, who is playing the lead character in the film (Mamu ki film hai), as his face is soiled, we do not know whether it is Atta (wheat) or ‘Shit’ which is quite prominent on the poster – Shit Happens.

However, we have heard that the devoted husband of real life cheats in reel life and that is the big reason behind his popping eyes and soiled face (must have got a good beating). Actually, Imran is playing the role of a two-timer, dating two women at a time in the film.

The much hyped Delhi Belly is produced by Aamir Khan and directed by Abhinay Deo which is slated a July 1 release in the theaters.

You have to agree to the fact that Mr. Aamir Khan is one actor who has successfully experiment with every role and get into the skin of the character to make it as successful and perfect as himself that has made the media to call him with superlative like Mr. Perfectionist.

Since the actor sketched every character with aplomb his instinct behind the camera is no different with his acting and a number of films under his production house (Aamir Khan Production) have proved that the actor’s understanding of cinematic brilliance isn’t saturated in front of the camera. Since ‘Lagaan’ Aamir’s production house has produced ‘Taare Zameen Par’ ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’ which were box-office success. He has indeed be called as a man of varieties with his next venture ‘Peepli – Live’ based on a real social issue.

The Peepli-Live is a story of a village where Natha a farmer from Peepli village finds himself into a fix when his unpaid government loan threatens him to take away his plot of land. In such a situation he decides to suicide to get compensation from the government which has programme to aid those families who lost lives to suicide because of the debts. However, the story takes a twist soon when political mayhem, media hype and confusion takes the center stage. Every lips has one question “will Natha die or not”.

The social satire is presented by UTV Motion pictures and co-produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao (Aamir’s wife). The film features Raghuveer Yadav, Omkar Das Manikpuri, Malaika Shenoy, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Naseruddin Shah and Aamir Bashir

Directed by Anusha Rizvi, ‘Peepli [Live]’ hits the screens on August 13th.
