Rumours are that Hriday has approached Neil for the film who has suggested Asin’s name opposite him in the film which she not only declined but also suggested the director that Neil is not suitable for the role!

When a leading newspaper asked Hriday, he angrily responded, saying it is baseless, “I have never met Asin ever in my life. I had met Neil once when I went for the trial of his film, “Jail”. That too, was only because a friend of his father’s was invited for it and I went along with him. I have been busy with the pre-production work of “CC” for over a year now. In this film, I am working with Naseeruddin Shah, Atul Kulkarni, KayKay Menon, Ravi Kishan and Rajesh Sharma. I seriously don’t have the time to shuttle between a hero and a heroine. I have never approached Neil to do my movie and, I believe, that there is enough talent in our industry and I don’t need to approach anyone from down South to act in my film. I was amused when I read this piece of information. First, an article on the rumour and, then, the subsequent denials. Asin should stop riding piggyback on others to get publicity for herself. She should stop seeking publicity this way.”

Let see what ‘Ready’ actress has to say in defence!!

It is reported in a glossy film magazine that makers of the Housefull2 asked Asin to appear in a bikini for the film but the south Indian actress bluntly refused to cave down to the demands. Asin who has featured with Salman Khan in Ready and London Dreams, made her debut opposite Aamir Khan in ‘Ghajni’, the Diva is on a high with the success of ‘Ready’.

When she didn’t accepted the makers had no choice than to rope Murder2 seductress Jacqueline Fernandez for the act.

Housefull, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sajid Khan, features actors like Akshay Kumar, Asin, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Riteish Deshmukh, Zarine Khan and Shazahn Padamsee in the lead roles.

It is said that the ‘Gangster’ girl is angry over ‘Ghajni’ star for spreading false and imaginative stories about Salman and her friendship. Lately, Asin has been close to Salman because they have been working together for ‘Ready’ and Kangna too has been bonding with Salman these days. Kangna feels that Asin wants to break her friendship with Salman.

Whatever is true but Salman must be watching it and he will not take any longer to put an end to the cat fight by shooing both.

In a conversation with a daily Neil said, “To begin with I am not seeing Asin. I don’t know how these rumours take life. Regular friendships become affairs and suddenly someone else other than me and my family are making career decisions for me. This has got to stop.”

Well, for this gossip mongers must be applauded who without a fire sensed the smoke. What happened is that Neil has recommended Asin to a filmmaker, who later said she isn’t doing the film and also do not want Neil to do it.

The south Indian actress who made her debut in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Ghajni’ has been seen mostly with Salman in the recent times. She has also bagged a role in Salman’s good friend Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Houseful2’.

The sources in Bollywood said that Sajid and Vishal are too keen to sign the starlet for ‘2States’ a film based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel.

What Salman would think after reading the piece, might get a little restlessness.

Asin stars opposite Salman in the film. While all the other actors including her are up and ready to shoot every day, Sallu just refuses to wake up. As result he comes three hours late on the sets and the cameras don’t start rolling before noon.

The unit continues to bear the nuisance very silently. “Salman se kaun panga lega?” says the source. Salman’s excuse to this goes something like this, “Please don’t make me shoot in the mornings. I shot for Main aur Mrs. Khanna mostly in the mornings and it bombed very badly.” Wonder if all the Veer shots were also taken in the mornings.

Also there is a possibility of keeping mornings shoots only for the scenes that don’t have him. However, it is revealed by a source, “Well, let’s not even go there. He is almost in every scene in Ready”, this possibility has no fulfillment.

Salman had once said, in one of his interviews, “Actually I don’t get too much of sleep at night, so normally I go to sleep very late.” People close to him added, “That’s still happening. This man is wide awake till 2 am every day, irrespective of whether he has had a hard day at work or not.”

But sources say that Salman has improved a lot with time though. Earlier he use to turn up at sets not before 2 pm, but ever since ‘Wanted’ happened, he tries not to come late. Sudhar gaye Bhai??!!

“So far, we’ve only seen him in a sedate or comic image, never as someone who can cross the frontiers and do something outrageous,” Shah, who hasn’t quite converted the actor in an outrageously punky rock star, said.

“No, not quite the reckless renegade. I’ve modeled Ajay’s rock act on Bono, the Irish lead singer from U2. Bono was never your quintessential rock star. He had a more sober and a less wild image. When Ajay gets on stage in London Dreams, he replicates the curbed tempered-down rock-star’s image of U2. Yes, I have modeled him on Bono.”

Ajay who has always been poor in his dancing sequences must have gone through a hard labour. Let’s wait for the worthy outcome!!
