The show is named ‘Simi Selects India’s Most Desirable’ which opens with Casanova Kapoor as her first guest to the show.

In her earlier show too celebrities have opened their heart to the lady and hopefully she has got to know what beats inside Ranbir’s heart in the show. The youngest Kapoor told that he is ‘Mumma’s boy’.

The show will also have a talk with Ranbir’s mother Neetu Singh as well as Ranbir painting for charity at the end of the show.

The film which has landed to her is the sequel of Sangeeth Sivan 2005 ‘Kya Kool Hain Hum’ where she will be playing the second leading lady of the film.

Bollywood has got its eye on the eye candy swimsuit calendar girl as soon as she was found in Ranbir’s arms, spotted going around in the city with the Kapoor ‘Casanova’. The sequel of Kya Kool Hain Hum will be directed by Sachin Yardi and it comes out straight from Ekta Kapoor’s production house.

A source from the industry told a leading daily, “Ekta Kapoor has been planning to start the sequel to Kya Kool Hai Hum for some time now. This was her first commercial hit. However, Riteish Deshmukh, one of the two leading actors in the first, was not to keen on the sequel.

However, now Riteish has agreed to the project. They have roped in Sachin Yardi since Sangeeth Sivan won’t be a part of the sequel. Balaji, after finalising Bipasha Basu for the first female lead, was on the lookout for the second.

They had Zareen Khan and Angela Jonsson in mind for the role. Finally, Angela has been finalised for the same.”

The necessary paperwork for the cast still seems to be put in place. Perhaps that’s why, when contacted, Angela’s publicist choosing to deny the story, said, “There’s no truth in it.”

Ranbir and Ayan have earlier worked together in ‘Wake up Sid’ but it seems no one wants to wake up after an average box-office performance of the film.

The insiders say that Ayan was very much interested in Kat but after Ranbir’s relationship gone sour with the actress he started looking for an option but Deepika never was, though the director and Deepika are good friends. However, with considerable amount of time now Ranbir and Kat seems have hit the normal state of mind and Ayan took no time to go back to his favorite for the role.

This will be the third film for Ranbir and Katrina together after ‘Ajab Prem ki Gajab Kahaani’ and ‘Rajneeti’.

The saga Angela Jonsson and Nargis Fakhri was too sudden and too fast to think anything but what we have heard is that Ranbir has moved on, and he move too fast to reach Shraddha Kapoor, the actress who made her debut with ‘Luv ka The End’.

At least in Shraddha, Ranbir can smell something common, ‘Kapoor’ and surprisingly, the speed boat has reached to setting of wallpaper on the phone – just heard about it.

One of Ranbir’s friends told to a leading daily, “They aren’t romantically involved, but he’s keen to work with her. They hit it off instantly and he loves the fact that she has a strong personality and speaks her mind.”

Many will give a wry smile over this, as Kapoors were always known to hail from a romantic clan, the ladies man. But this is surprising that youngest Kapoor is taking ‘Casanova’ tag as a burden to his personality.

What is making Ranbir serious about the matter is that his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh aren’t happy with the kind of image their son has, who has been linked with every other woman he works with.

Ranbir has already confessed that his parents feel upset reading stories about his link ups with his co-stars. Liking for girls is normal but the family according to the sources is concerned over too much of it which might affect his career.

A source from the industry tells Mid-Day, “Ranbir didn’t really realise that his dating scene would affect him so much. He would ask out whichever girl he fancied. He forgot that he is a public figure and he cannot continue doing what he did back in college. So the media reported about every date that he we went for. This is a lesson for him to be more discreet rather than getting upset that it is being reported.”

However, his buddy Imran Khan defended the actor recently by saying, “If he enjoys life, wine, women… there’s nothing bad about it. Ranbir’s not doing anything illegal, but if media wants to write about it, you can’t stop them.”

Rahman is been busy with the music of Rajnikanth starrer ‘Rana’. “I have completed three songs in the film. The title song ‘Enge Poguthe Vaanam, Ange Pogirom Naam…’ is sung by S P Balasubramaniam. I will resume work on the album soon after the ailing Superstar returns hale and hearty from Singapore. I recently met him at the hospital in Chennai and had a brief chat with him. Rajinikanth has had a major influence on my life and I am a huge fan of his. I wish him a speedy recovery,” told Rahman to a leading daily.

The maestro has also completed the music of Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Rockstar’. “The soundtrack is ready. The film might not be based on rock music, but it’s about the experiences of a man and elements that change his life, with rock in the backdrop. Ranbir used to frequent the studio and keenly observe me while I was composing the music. Besides, I have also signed another project with Yash Raj,” he added.

With so much of successful work, it becomes obvious to attract envy!

“Yes, I have an interest in the Indian film industry but I am nowhere near ready to face the arc lights.

There have been many meetings with producers, actors and directors and frankly the interest level is hugely gratifying to say the least.

I am at least a year away from taking on a movie project if I do at all. I am currently deeply involved in speech, dance and acting classes. My current focus is, however, modelling,” the 20-year-old model told a leading daily.

Arjun Rampal has been already signed for one of the characters of the film. However, Madhur wants a young actor who in the film will play the role of Aishwarya’s man whom she is shown involved into a serious relationship with. The three actors who are running in the contention to fit the role are Ranbir Kapoor, Imran Khan and Prateik Babbar.

According to a source, “Ash has a very interesting track with a young actor who falls in love with her. He basically uses her to climb the social ladder and make it big in the industry. There are also a few romantic scenes between the actor and Ash. It’s a role that’s being battled for between the three actors.”

Ranbir and Imran are the first choice for the role but recently Prateik too has been taken into consideration, if the former two didn’t give it a fix. It will be interesting, because none of the actors have earlier worked with Aish in any film. “The decision is yet to be made but it will be one of these three guys. Madhur is still in the process of casting and will be making his decision in the coming weeks,” added the source.

A source close to the model told a daily, “The last couple of weeks have been traumatic for Angela and her family.

She has been caught up in one controversy after another, apart from being accused of linking herself to hot and happening stars only for publicity and to get a foothold into the film industry.

Angela is a well-behaved and soft-spoken girl from a decent family and was aghast to find herself in the spotlight with negative stories piling about her.

While she has dated Ranbir, has attended parties and has gone out with him in public, Angela has not interacted with Shahid at all beyond meeting him a few times at parties, one of which Ranbir accompanied her to.”

The source also told that her dating reports when leaked to the media, she was blamed for it. “Angela has little knowledge about B-Town so it came as a shock to her when there were reports that she was spreading these stories,” the source added.

Angela too has spoken to the daily, she said, “I have always refrained from commenting on my personal life so far but the news reports that have been doing the rounds have caused immense and unnecessary stress to my family and to me.

Therefore I need to set the record straight once and for all. Yes, Ranbir and I have dated. We have gone out to dinner like two normal adults in the city.

As any gentleman would and should, he asked me out for the record. Since winning the Kingfisher Calendar Hunt, my modeling career has done better than I ever expected. None of the successes can be attributed to anyone other than to my hard work and that of my agents.”

When Katrina has asked Ranbir to marry her, the junior Kapoor just shrugged it off and walked away with his ‘Rockstar’ co-star Nargis Fakhri, for whom he is asking roles from directors. In the latest he has suggested Sajid Nadiadwala to take her in the female lead opposite him in ‘Heer Ranjha’.

This is giving Katrina a bad time and to avenge it she is now refusing in media about dating Ranbir ever.

Whatever Katrina may be saying but for some time both had been seen in a state of coziness which was widely covered by the same media. Katrina, it’s time to go back to Sallu!
