Certainly, if you are a ‘Jack Black’ fan, then you do not have to give it another thought before rushing towards the movie hall. He is the hero of the movie in all senses. It’s his aura, his tactics, that makes the movie a must watch. He is definitely one of those rare actors who never fail to enchant the audience and grab their attention from the word go.

The Gulliver’s Travels is actually a story about Lemuel Gulliver who is a mailroom clerk at a New York newspaper. His journey of adventures begin when he bluffs his way into a writing assignment about the secrets of the Bermuda Triangle, he is hurtled to an undiscovered land, Lilliput. In your wildest of dreams you would have never had imagined what ‘Swift’ described in his classic novel and Rob presented in his cinematic extravaganza.

In this fantastical new world – Lilliput, Gulliver is a bigger-than-life figure — in size and ego — especially after he starts telling tall tales, taking credit for his world’s greatest inventions, and placing himself at the center of most historic events. Gulliver’s position is enhanced even further when he leads his new friends in a daring battle against their longtime enemies. But when Gulliver loses it all and puts the Lilliputians in peril, he must find a way to undo the damage. Gulliver only becomes a true giant among [little] men, when he learns that it not how big you are but how great you are from inside that count.

As mentioned earlier, this movie is definitely worth a watch, especially if u want to take your whole family along. And oh wait! Did I mention that it is a 3D [dimension] movie? Though the effects are not that spectacular, some scenes are quite fun to watch in 3D. So go ahead. Book your tickets and get immersed in the fantastic world filled with little men.
