‘The Millennium Trilogy’, Steig Larsson’s greatest work which has sold nearly 50 million copies across 46 countries has been turned into a celluloid object. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is the first from the Columbia Pictures, in a three picture adaptation of the book. The film is directed by David Fincher and stars Daniel Craig, Stellan Skarsgard and Rooney Mara in the lead role.

The screenplay of ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’ is written Steven Zaillian. The film will hit the Indian theaters in December 2011.
