It happened with the Hollywood star Eva Mendes whose hot photographs were stolen while they were in the transit to an art show, which were to be displayed at an event later this week.

‘The Hitch’ star had posed naked for a series of photographs clicked by Lyndon Chubbuck. But the photos were found missing from the collection of photos that came back from the printers and Chubbuck filed a police complaint, reported TMZ.

He insisted that the complaint was to be filed merely for insurance purposes as he doesn’t want the Lon Angeles Police Dept. to go in search of the missing photographs.

“The cops aren’t really going to put a mad hunt for my Eva photos,” he said. The pictures of Mendes will still be able to go on display as planned, as Chubbuck arranged for reprints to be made.
